Virtuozzo Containers is a widely used virtualization platform, that's used to create virtual servers on physical machines. Each VPS made with it is a separate software emulation of a hosting server, so it has its own Operating System. The system resources are also predefined, which means that when you obtain a VPS package with certain disk space, CPU and RAM allocations, they're always at your disposal and won't be shared with some other client on the physical server. The Virtuozzo Containers software is truly intuitive and user-friendly, so even if you do not have a lot of experience, you'll be able to control the entire server using a web-based graphical interface. With a couple of clicks, you can start/stop/reboot your virtual machine, manage firewall rules, install server-side software and do a variety of maintenance tasks. You can also monitor the amount of resources your websites use in real time and all this information will inform you if you should have an upgrade as you expand your online presence. When needed, you'll be able to even reset the whole VPS to its original software setup.
