When you’re much too busy working on your web site or developing your applications, you rarely have enough time to monitor what is happening with the VPS server – if it is under excessive load or whether all the services are running properly. With our Optional Managed Services package, we will do this instead of you. Your virtual server will be included in a custom–made server monitoring software system and if ever there is a trace of a problem, our system administrators will be alerted straight away.

Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a Linux Virtual Private Server isn’t the simplest job on earth. You will either have to use a different server or your personal computer, alternatively resort to a 3rd–party tool. Our company offers a far simpler and easier option with our Optional Managed Services package. We will make a complete backup copy of your server once a week, so you never have to be worried about permanently losing any important info. Plus, we can always retrieve a backup really quickly. All our backups are kept on a special server with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything happens to your hosted content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Suggested that you’d like your server to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you have to install & configure specific software applications on it. And if this sounds like something way too complicated for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, an essential part of our Optional Managed Services deal, is definitely the perfect solution for you. While using it, you will have the full and undivided attention of one of our veteran system administrators who will install any software application or solve any issue that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Managed Services deal comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers. With the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers, it is an extra feature.
